About
At the moment I am reasearching methods in service design. Specifically developing a process and tools for innovation at the fuzzy front end of innovation processes to assist cross functional teams. The focus of this work is to introduce design at the strategic level into an organisation.
Areas covered are:
- actor networks and value networks
- touch-point integration and design
- brand, brand strategy and its transition into services (semantic transformation)
- understanding user needs at all levels
- designing service experiences including bodystorming, experience prototyping and evidencing
- concept development
- presentation of service concepts, evidencing (tangible evidence of the future)
